Today, Ilija Batljan Invest AB (publ) (the “Issuer“) has successfully issued (i) senior unsecured floating rate green notes with ISIN SE0016101810 in a total amount of SEK 1,100,000,000 within a framework amount of SEK 2,500,000,000 (the “Green Notes”), and (ii) subordinated perpetual floating rate callable capital notes with ISIN SE0016101638 in a total amount of SEK 500,000,000 within a framework amount of SEK 750,000,000 (the “Hybrid Notes”). The Green Notes have a tenor of three and a half year and a floating rate interest of three-months STIBOR plus 325 bps per annum. The Issuer will apply the proceeds from the issue of the Green Notes in accordance with the Issuer’s Green Bond Framework.

The Hybrid Notes carry a floating rate interest of three-months STIBOR plus 675 bps per annum and a non-call period of 5.25 years. The Issuer will use the proceed form the Hybrid Notes issue for general corporate purposes.

Further to the announcement on 3 June 2021 of an early redemption of all the Issuer’s outstanding SEK 1,000,000,000 outstanding notes with ISIN SE0013122009, the Issuer today announces that it has successfully redeemed all such notes at an amount equal to the sum of 104.00 per cent of the nominal amount.
